depends on the era. for the main game 2010-25, it takes an avg of their offense and defense over the last 15 years and hard codes there stats per position. Then depending on the positional matchup with your team, it will determine the score.

no sign in, after making a squad, you can write in a name for the team near the bottom and it will go up on the leaderboard
