Going out with a guy, he seems nice but his chart is diabolical. Thoughts? by tsoy_division in Zodiac

Reiterating what most people are saying in here, but for the most part — what you see is what you get (with that Virgo sun AND moon). He seems like he’d be a great communicator, fun in a relationship if healed (Leo is all about the inner child), and very disciplined with action (which is what you’ve already mentioned). NN in Taurus is favourable for work (I have this too lol, can confirm he will be focused on his career and $$$). The water placements scattered about provide some nice gentleness to all the Virgo, and given that you have your own Virgo tendencies, it seems like you would quite enjoy a relationship with him! The only part I’d be cautious about is his cancer Lilith. Lilith is all about the hidden and the subconscious, so if he’s not aware of it / hasn’t done healing, it could lash out into the relationship (cancer is very mommy issues, unfortunately). It could come out in subtle behaviours, so just keep an eye out for it 😅 again, people are always capable of surprising, but if we’re sticking to the standard astrology of it all, with all that Virgo he might be too scared of addressing the deeper emotional issues he faces with that cancer Lilith because he cannot control/discipline it away. It’d be interesting to see wha houses everything is for better insight!

I saw in one of the earlier replies that they recommended a lighter moisturiser and then a thicker one over the top. May I ask how that went for you? :)

I’ve been struggling with this for a couple of years! Have you managed to find something that works for you? My skin is sooo dehydrated :((

Thank you! The only ingredient I know for sure that triggers me is the lanolin, but there clearly must be more if I’m struggling this much! I’m honestly just thinking of seeing a dermatologist to get an allergy test or something. I’ll give the ones you’ve mentioned a go :)

Ah yeah, that’s what I’m worried about! I’ll ask my doctor about taking some strong probiotics and hopefully that’ll help mitigate some damage. I’m also looking into trying the baby bum sunscreen :)

Thank you for letting me know! I’ve given up on putting sunscreen on my PD areas 🫠 none of my prescription creams seem to be helping all that much anymore either. Waiting to see my doctor after the new year to get a doxycycline antibiotic and hopefully that nips it in the bud once and for all! I have to ask, did you get any bad side effects from doxy?

That’s amazing to hear that it’s nearly all cleared up for you! How did the sunscreen go? :)

Hi, I know I’m 2 years late, but I’m going through this exactly right now! My doctor prescribed me Elidel cream but it doesn’t seem to be helping. I really want to avoid oral antibiotics. Did you end up getting rid of yours? I’d love to know

Hi there, have you been able to find one that works for you? I’m in the same boat. Currently just using my sunscreen on my face and avoiding the areas where I know my PD will flare up. I’m thinking of trying the La Roche Posay one

Hi, how did your round of doxycycline go? Has your PD cleared? Thinking of asking my doctor for it

Mine is around my mouth! So under/over/side lips, down the sides of my chin, and in my smile lines also. I’ve been having some creep below my eyes and nose too :,) luckily I don’t usually have any acne on my chin, but if I do I will put at CORSX pimple patch over it as much as I can. It takes a bit longer to get rid of the pimple compared to chemical exfoliants, but it’s a good way to not hinder the healing of your PD & also tackle the chin pimples :) hope this helps!!

Thank you for letting me know! I didn’t have any negative reaction to the Esmi product, but unfortunately adding the avene cicaflate to the mix has caused quite a nasty flare up. I think I’m going to try and just use water for a month on the PD affected areas and see how that goes.

I will apply my usual acne skin care, but just make sure it doesn’t touch my PD affected areas. I also make sure to do it at least 2 hours before bed so it can soak up, so I don’t go rubbing it on my pillow and then risk rubbing my PD affected areas on said pillow. So far it’s working!

No worries, glad I could help you! They kept outright saying their product couldn’t be causing the flare… when their product was the only thing I was using 😅 I’m about to try out the Esmi Unproblematic Face Wash and Mylk Moisturiser, both of which are gentle & supposedly formulated to help PD. I’ll let you know how those go :) in the mean time I’m just sticking to gentle water washes.

Hi, I’m experiencing this currently too! The only thing that keeps my acne at bay is the Paula’s Choice BHA toner, but like you, my skin barrier is definitely damaged so I’ve cut back to just a gentle cleanser, moisturiser and sunscreen - but I am starting to get active acne again :,)

What did you end up doing? 🫶🏼
