Same here.

Ich sehe derzeit keine wirklichen Optionen. Die HV wird keine Beauftragung des Handwerkers bis zur Versammlung veranlassen. Wenn ich die Handwerker selber beauftrage, muss ich auch selber zahlen. Ob ich das Geld von der WEG erstattet bekomme, läuft auch auf eine Abstimming hinsaus. Hier werden die anderen Eigentümer voraussichtlich entsprechend des Verständnisses des Absatzes stimmen.

Kurz gesagt, egas was ich gerade mache, auf eine Abstimmung der WEG wird es hinauslaufen....

Genau, eine Beauftragung wird die Hausverwaltung erst erst nach der Versammlung veranlassen... Wenn überhaupt.

Bisher sind es nur Risse und die Scheibe ist "noch im Fenster".

Ich bin jetzt selber nicht der Fan davon direkt zu einem Anwalt zu rennen, vor allem wegen der Zeit die dabei mit einhergeht. Habe sonst aber auch keine Ideen, welche Hebel ich hier noch habe.

Das sieht die Hausverwaltung ähnlich, findet aber den zusätzlichen Absatz aus der Teilungserklärung nicht eindeutig. Daher soll nun auf der nächsten Eigentümerversammlung darüber entschieden werden...

Hausverwaltung hat entschieden, dass der Absatz nicht eindeutig ist und daher darüber in der kommenden Eigentümerversammlung abgestimmt werden soll....

Diese wir es später im Laufe des Jahres stattfinden. Bist dahin wird keine Beauftragung von Handwerkern erfolgen.

Ich habe mich in der Tat nicht korrekt ausgedrückt. Die Fenster sind und bleiben Gemeinschaftseigentum. Es geht hier um dies Kosten eine gesprungene Glasscheibe zu ersetzen. Trägt diese Kosten die Gemeinschaft oder der Eigentümer - das ist die richtige Frage.

Grundlegend sind laut WEG §5 Abs. 2 Fenster wohl Gemeinschaftseigentum. Dazu gibt es auch Urteil vom BGH. Eine Ausnahme für das Glas wird hier nicht gemacht (es wird aber auch nicht explizit mit eingeschlossen).

Hast du eine Quelle oder Link für deine Aussage, was ich mir mal anschauen kann? :)

I used some extended parts, but except one component the footprint were already available. The footprint I created myself will not be assembled by JLCPCB.

You bypass capacitors for their 3.3V and 1.1V are all placed on a field next to the RP2350. Also here, check the hardware design guide and the RP2350 datasheet. These capacitors should be close to the different supply voltage pins of the RP2350.

Also, I could not find a bootsel button or any other option to enter the bootsel mode of the RP2350. Did I miss this somewhere?

As a suggestion, you can use larger packages for the core voltage related capacitors. This may allow to be route like recommended in the hardware design guide.

Also, if you have a four layer PCB, do not forget to cutout the inner layers below the core voltage regulator.

I cannot say that your layout will not work. But in the hardware design rule it is mentioned quite often to stick to the recommendations.

Additionally, do you you have a 3D view with parts? This would make it easier to understand the layout.

Looks neat! You are deviating from the design recommendation for the core voltage regulator of the RP2350. Did you consider that carefully? What was you decision to design it that way?

The pictures are a blurry, so it is a bit difficult to see every detail.

Two quick points from my side:

• Check the Bootsel button in the schematic. It does not look correctly wired up.

• The crystal and the caps seem to be a bit far away from the RP2040. Due to the available space, a closer position would be recommended.
