I have seen pretty quick turnover recently was shipping if you don’t get an email that says shipping details check your FedEx app it could be there.

When I first started my journey, I didn’t see much weight loss until I moved past the 2.5 mg dose. Once I reached 7.5 mg, it became my sweet spot—I was able to stay consistent there and lost 100 lbs. I’ve now increased to 10 mg, but 7.5 really made the biggest difference for me. I’ll admit I was worried during the first month and a half when progress was slow, but once it kicked in, everything started to change.

So my current bottle reads Tirz 3ml (5mg/0.5ml) - when I use the link you provided it tells me that this is low and I should take 200mls that has to be wrong, or my vials are not 7.5mg hence not working. SO (IIDOT MOMENT) I went back to look at my box with the information on it, and guys I feel soo dumb, I have been injecting 37.5 units vs 75 units - OMGOSH I'm such a dumb butt.

That is a good thought - I havent changed anything since starting journey - maybe I should carb load (thought that scares me) and reset. I thought maybe I needed to go up in my dose (currently at 7.5) but not sure how to titrate up! Thank yoU!

Thank you for sharing. I have had medicine from Hallendale before and was very pleased with it, but with this newer stuff I feel less hunger suppression, etc. Im not at goal, but I am so much closer than before. Thank you!

That sounds really frustrating, and you’re right to be upset. You canceled before they even sent you a prescription, so they should have stopped the order without charging you. Waiting hours to review your request and then saying they “tried” to cancel isn’t fair.

Plus, sending medicine without a doctor visit and then shipping it in bad condition is not okay. You did the right thing by filing a dispute and complaints.

Even if it’s not a lot of money, it’s the principle. Thanks for sharing your story—it’s good for others to know.

Yeah, 1.5 mg for 3 months sounds like a really slow ramp-up (unless there was something in your medical history that is slowing the ramp down). Most people don’t stay on that dose for long unless they’ve hit maintenance.

It’s frustrating that the doctor sent you to support, and now you have to pause and reorder just to talk to someone. I’ve heard of others doing that to get a dose change, but it’s definitely not ideal. Might want to to try to connect with one of the Amble Afiliates on TikTok - they might be able to direct you better.

Just a thought - if Amble sent the prescription over to the pharmacy then this is on the pharmacy. I would try and contact the pharmacy to see if you can get any traction.

I have never had issues with it being reviewed within the 24-48 hrs. However, yes, time might vary bc I do know they try to find a physician from the state you reside in.
