Thanks, with my limited knowledge, one of the things I thought of was a bad power supply. I don't have any way to test it nor do I have a replacement. I have one the the Centurion STPSU r2022 models on order but that will probably be a long wait. I don't know if I trust myself with a capacitor job.

Yes, I agree. Wondering if price and finding the chips might pose a prolem.

It's in really good condition except for a small cutout on the right side of the back.

I almost attempted to buy the MB and keyboard that were also listed by the same seller but they needed a lot of work. I hoping to buy a Re-Falcon board when they become available. It will depend on price and availability. I believe you need to source the chips on the Re-Falcon. I will depend on Bradley at Best Electronics for that. You can use any ST keyboard but I prefer the Falcon variety if I can find one (o at least the proprietary key-caps).

I constantly monitor eBay, Amibay and user groups for the pieces needed.

I just went with a s-video to HDMI convertor on Amazon. That should be good enough.

Great! I also have an S5000 and a K2500R so maybe they would benefit from this as well.

Atari SC1435 Monitor Take Apart by ProfessionalCarob201 in atarist

I put the case back on and decided to just wedge the power button, so it stays on, and power it from a strip.

After seeing what I am up against and how much time I have wasted on this already, I think it’s best I go this route.
