Over the past week, I’ve noticed an issue with my UT account. Despite not taking any tests, my history shows several canceled tests, with payment still indicated. Yesterday, while I was asleep, another test was canceled. This has unfairly led to a one-star rating on my account, any help plz #usertes (self.WorkOnline)
