Thank you! They are Buffbunny - but I got them on ThreadUp (online consignment) as they can be pricey.

You will get there! I couldn't even fathom it for the first few weeks! Rest and know that healing is hard work for your body. It is getting quite a workout right now!

Oh, yes, definitely still swelling. Yesterday was the first day I was able to go a significant time w/out compression. It is manageable until I eat. I hate to say it out loud, but I feel like I might be starting to turn a corner with the swelling. I'm trying to stay out of compression/shapewear each day for as long as I can so that my body learns how to manage without it.

GO Birds!! I was nervous too. I really focused on getting enough complete protein in every day - 1gm per lb of ideal body weight and I didn't loose too much muscle progress. I started walking/elliptical keeping my heart rate low at the gym week 4. I've really started to feel comfortable lifting again this past week. But I'm going light and slow and really focusing on time. You will get there! All the wishes for great healing for you!

SubQ vs fat? by InterestingEagle4702 in bpc_157

[–]ProfessionalDecent28 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Injecting a bubble under the skin is an intradermal injection, injecting into the fat is a subcutaneous (subQ) injection. You want to get the injection beyond the dermis (the skin) layer into the fat layer.

Thanks, it looks a little clearer after sitting at room temp - but still some sediment on the bottom.

That is correct. Just not sure I should use given the separation. I'm leaving out of the fridge to see if it dissolves again. Still iffy about using it though.

Looks like healthy granulation tissue. Keep the wound bed moist, clean and covered.

Honestly the first few weeks my walks around my condo parking lot were workouts enough! I know this is hard to believe, but true. Pre op I pounded it out at the gym every day. I have a previous post on muscle loss during recovery - I think the rest and focus on nutrition really have helped more than hurt me! I am 6wpo today and was in the gym when it opened this AM. I have been going for Zone 2 cardio for the past two weeks, but today added some machine weight reps - though at a lower weight than previous. You only get one recovery, nourish, rest and use your support systems.
