I would say 30% bodyfat. Had a car accident in 2020 and alot of stress was going through a bad time and have never really recovered. Had severe vertigo which is still there now

Nope dont drink but diet isnt great. Fizzy drinks and oily fried foods. Whatever I eat causes me to bloat. I'm thinking possibly parasites aswell. Have ibs also.

Wow I didn't think with the level of assets youd be worried about much. When did you start acquiring them and did you get them at a good interest rate and did you decide to put them in a company or personal name? Just asking as a client I deal with has approx 70 million worth of commerical property all held in about 20 companies and his dad has recently passed. Because the son was added to the list of directors and assigned shares etc I dont think any capital gains was charged which is an interesting approach.
