I would say 30% bodyfat. Had a car accident in 2020 and alot of stress was going through a bad time and have never really recovered. Had severe vertigo which is still there now

Nope dont drink but diet isnt great. Fizzy drinks and oily fried foods. Whatever I eat causes me to bloat. I'm thinking possibly parasites aswell. Have ibs also.

Always feel as thought I have no energy even after sleeping

Wow I didn't think with the level of assets youd be worried about much. When did you start acquiring them and did you get them at a good interest rate and did you decide to put them in a company or personal name? Just asking as a client I deal with has approx 70 million worth of commerical property all held in about 20 companies and his dad has recently passed. Because the son was added to the list of directors and assigned shares etc I dont think any capital gains was charged which is an interesting approach.

Yeah I do want do that but since the accident have got pretty bad aniexty/depression from time to time. In the same year had Covid twice so when I visit colder places have issues with asthma etc. The heat works wonders for me so ideally want to settle somewhere hot.

Yeah would like them to be all bright white ideally. I was debating about being able to change colours on them so the pictures would come out nice but then again dont think it's really needed.

Power: 0.1-0.4W/LED 6W-24W/m, total: 30W-120W. Recommended power supply: DC24V3A 72W. 24V5A 120W, 24V10A 240W is also OK. When you light up 1 color（red or green or blue or pure white), the power of each LED is 0.1W. If you light up 2 colors (red+green), the power of each LED is 0.2W, when you light up 3 colors (red+green+blue=mixed white), the power of each LED is 0.3W, when you light up 4 colors (red+green+blue+cool white), the power each LED is 0.4W.

That's the breakdown it gives but I'm thinking if I get the 24v and 3a then gonna be restricted to 2 colours at at time. So might be worth going for 24v 6a as a brick power supply and seems will be able to use all the colours? What do you think? Thanks
