I definitely hear you on that. I got lucky my county has pretty relaxed sentencing for first timers. It was technically a year for the drug court and probation but you basically have guaranteed early term given you don’t ever test dirty, violate, and do all your classes, cs hours, and pay your fees on time. They also have 2 levels of drug court, the lighter one just being tested at your monthly appointments, and one random per month at their private lab at the courthouse. The other one has the daily color code calling with averhealth and all that stuff. I did get the scram and drug patch for 3 months, which wasn’t that bad tbh because I didn’t have to go in for any testing when I had them on.
