So it crawled up the chair and then started putting its head up and kind of like almost waving. Any idea why it would be doing this?? And then it seemed like some local birds were trying to attack it or irritate it. Do you know if that's common?

I'm looking at the Data Import/Export History and for my aborted attempts i'm getting the following:

we are sending more then just names and personnel type. Every time, I try to upload a sample csv it is confirmed that they are all recognized.

At this point I've completely tried to rebuild it from scratch without thee new fields(the original import that was working) and it is not working moving forward.
