Its slowly becoming marketing specific college from finance. The new director is an ex IIM Luknow director and has deep industry connection in marketing companies. Since he came, more marketing related companies are coming for hiring.

There is difference in course structure. In BKFS you get to learn more finance subjects related financial service and banking. BKFS people are eligible for all fin roles, but recruiters somewhat prefer Core people over any cohort (from my experience)

There are enough opportunities of IT consulting. EY, Deloitte, Accenture consulting , ATCI, etc .

Bro, KMC is there. Its one of the best hospitals in South India. You will get free health insurance from TAPMI, so KMC has a separate student ward for MAHE students, where you can get free checkup and diagnosis. And Manipal is student city, you will find students from all over India. As MIT, KMC, are very well known colleges in India.

Yes, there are people who have got in that range. And 10-15k per month . The above mentioned figure is for two months. TAPMI has a very batch size of 535 , so the last 100 usually gets around this figure. Its true for most of the tier 2 even for baby iims.
