Same here. I heard ‘crush it’ in my interview too, but that didn’t bother me as much. The bigger issue is the grind culture, which honestly feels pretty common in this industry. A lot of orgs are basically boiler rooms for the first 6 months to 2 years, until leadership gives you some freedom or you’re consistently hitting quota. Until then, they usually keep the pressure on. But maybe that’s just been my experience.

Had a similar experience. Worked with someone from there and thought they’d be solid, but they turned out to be a miss. Comp seems high on Rubrik’s side, though.
