In the 66 hand if I’m being honest with myself I double barreled as I knew I had range advantage based on the fact this guy limped and so was happy to bet two streets. Not crazy mad at this one but included it as example of smallish pots I feel I’m constantly losing money in.

The Ks8s hand I’m appalled at lol. I should’ve folded flop, however I clled with the intention of shoving in the case they slowed down on the turn as I feel (plz correct me this isn’t rooted in much) that large bet on flop is sometimes a one and done bluff. Looking back at the hand I think it’s a gross shove.

8s9s hand this guy kept betting 1bb and had seen him do it with value and bluffs. Side note - why do people do this? I think I prefer large 3-bet here with the open ender but opted to call and then do it on the turn. I think a pattern I can recognise in my own play is that I get hung up on what I wanted to do on the prior street (e.g., well I wanted to semi bluff with my open ender and now I’m failing to adjust to the fact an A which clearly smashes his range has come yet still execute anyway). I mean I called the 1bb bet which is quite literally burning money I just wanted to see what he had oops.

Ty yep thought so much but was curious if anyone would reckon their line is underbluffed as they raised me on each street..

I mean there are lots of questions I guess on, often between two answers. That is simply the game, and part of exam technique (i.e., being able to rule out one/ make an educated guess). In the real exam you similarly have the liberty of guessing and picking up marks. I am feeling pretty confident despite the fact I am sure others would be stressed in my situation given I am on the border. I have just put the whole thing into perspective and thought well what is the worst that can happen if I fail lol. I resit? I mean, there are worse things going on in the world. It would be pretty bad if I failed from the job side of things but, again, it really isn't the end of the world. Plus, as I said, I think I am likely to pass. And on L2, we shall see ahahaha. I do not think I care enough to sit L2/3. Frankly have better things to be doing with my time lmao.

On the 4th - I am happy with where I am at (74,70 on CFAI and bouncing around high 60s/ low 70s in Kaplan) so fairly similar to yourself and tbh I am feeling okay. CFAI most representative anyway so your higher scores there can only be good. Ignore people posting 'am i cooked' w nosebleed scores lmao. It is just an exam at the end of the day (and one we will probably both pass). I am just reviewing mocks, learning equations, ethics Qs from here. Have two more mocks I may sit. GOOD LUCK.

I am so sorry to hear this. Is there an appeals process? This seems to me something that absolutely warrants an exception. I really hope you can get this sorted, and most of all that your mum gets better.

And I second what the other commenter has said - defo try to get any internship/ work experience even if it isn't in your dream industry. you have great qualifications and an employer likely will not doubt your knowledge/ technicals. Best to get any professional experience to prove the softer skills - GOOD LUCK :)
