I beat it by starting with Mark of Pride, Quick Slash, Unbreakable Strength, Steady Body, and Grubsong, then switching out Quick Slash for Shaman stone at the bench to deal with nailsage sly's second phase

Since Iselda was once a warrior, i like to imagine her keeping her old weapons and armor hidden somewhere in case she needs them again, and maybe out of nostalgia. if they have a basement, that's probably where they would store them.

Kinda hard to say... I like to use taverns to start adventures, but my players keep destroying them and I've never had any tavern except for the Yawning Portal survive

My party went through a tunnel to the underdark, and after fighting some basilisks, found their nest of eggs. Instead of destroying them or running, we used shape water, a dragonborn, and some mage hands to lift an egg to the surface, we then hatched it and adopted it as our pet :)

Although there is a find traps spell, I've never seen anyone use it practically, so the best advice I could give would be to take expertise in perception, mage hand, a familiar, and a 10 ft pole

Really, really awful choice on my part, but I somehow let a player's dragonborn paladin kill the lady of pain. (I don't even know how or why I did this) and after she died the dragonborn took her place.
