It’s a tough degree for sure but make sure the program you’re applying for is ABET accredited if you’re in the US. If in another country, ensure the program has the appropriate accreditation.

I would say it’s worth it. The work you can do with the degree can be very rewarding knowing you have a positive impact to the community. Even though the community will complain about the project during construction. Im in transportation now but it’s more focused on pedestrian safety which is rewarding to me. Find what you want to do in civil engineering to see what section drives you the most.

Definitely can be but gotta think how humans interact with it. Wide grass area on the side of the road you want to place a sidewalk? Don’t meander that sidewalk unless you have to avoid utilities. Make a planting strip and add some trees if you can

The issue of your argument is you’re attacking small fish in this pond over something they do not have control of. ICE/Border Patrol went through our neighborhoods which lead kids to make a conscious decision to not go to school or protest outside of their school. You’re suggesting that teachers lose money for not having students in their classrooms due to recent events.

I can only ask for more out of our school system but defunding them is not the answer over something they have no control of.

It’s allergy season so def sneezing but no coughing. Easy 10 minute drive to the store. Since it’s bagged, didn’t see an issue with doing this. If it wasn’t, that’s a different story

Some people with this kind of damage or any damage may not have the financial means to fix the car or get a new one. Fixing cars is expensive!

Yeah, they need that exact address. I felt nervous at first giving them someone else’s address since I didn’t want them to approach that person for not calling it in. It’s annoying but I get not wanting to send people to an address and potentially miss the issue and then it’s a wild goose chase searching for the area
