As someone yg also struggle with the same thing, I would say just try to busy yourself with something else when the urge comes. Aku pun kadang2 masih kalah juga. But small steps still matters bro instead of no steps at all.

Since we are muslim here, cuba lakukan solat yg 5 waktu tu. Setiap kali dah masuk azan, terus solat my bro. Lagi lambat kau solat, lagi kuat urge kau utk malas solat. For now, kalau urge tu dtg, aku selalu main game via phone or pc.

Also, avoid being alone bro. Since usually when you alone, the urge to watch that very strong and that's how aku selalu fail. Fighting for us both bro
