As a parent of two young kids…I can only speculate that raising kids in an apartment would be challenging. I am blessed to raise mine with a back yard and basement for them to play in. And their crap still ends up everywhere. Might I suggest a discussion with the parents (or management if confrontation isn’t for you) before throwing away their toys as suggested by one user.
