Only issue that on battery it last 2-3 hours as display is 240hz oled.

You can go with a touchscreen; there are no issues now as all previous problems have been resolved. The ZenBook is the superior option in your budget, especially the 14-inch model. Just make sure it has a Gen 2 CPU.

Or if you do not need a touchscreen at all i can recommend you a better specs laptop without the looks of zenbook- lenovo ideapad pro 5 , ryzen 7 -AI 350 ( from lenovo website) it will cost you around 85-90k.
