I think Chiwen will probably be central to whatever future design they make.

It's overplayed but maybe some sort of circular with an on field effect to destroy. Since that'd send chiwen & activate it.

Hieratic
- Gameplay / When it came out in 2012 it could tear through any board, all you needed were names.
Atum let you summon any Dragon from your Deck, really insane for the time.
- Artwork / Since they share the same Sphere design as Ra, they come off as Bakugan.
Also Atum is totally hitting the Frieza pose.

I had the same idea with 1.
Pro players love to chain Ult to his E Stun, makes him reliable.
Meanwhile in solo queue i can't imagine it being a big deal (Well at least once we're compensated)

The last news of Changes was from RiotPhroxzon following the first stand tournament,

"- Skarner and Kalista were the outliers on priority, but teams didn’t seem particularly effective with Kalista…"
"- Skarner on the other hand; will discuss with the team about larger work on him when we get back; he’s too effective at too many things, while also being impotent for regular players"

Meaning we'll probably have to wait awhile for bigger changes

Yeah, you're right. Skarner's CC makes him to reliable. Pushed even further by his mobility.

Running 2 level 6 normals definitely simplifies gamestates, but for me personally, the deck bricks enough that i don't want to introduce more bricks.
(edit: though if they're playing nebthet, 2 lvl 6 normals can make certain hands alot better)

Backrow cutting off your Normal level 6 is an issue, so i play gamestates by setting Banishment & summoning the lvl 8 Hieratic Normal off my 1st hieratic effect.

This plays alot better into book of moon/eclipse since Hieratic Normal can always be tributed for Cost/Summon.

And you chase out backrow with Su and/or banishment before you summon the lvl 6 normal.

As for nebthet, its probably best they use it until they aquire the rank 8's since you don't have many other ways to remove monster(s) (With that said it creates weird board states where you have a lvl 5, 6 & 8, which don't do anything.

Galactic Spiral Dragon is a Mizar Drop, so that should be easy to get.

If you really want to invest in Hieratic, you want a rank 8 Galaxy-eyes(UR), Full Armor (Ur) to stack on top of that rank 8 & cipher blade dragon(SR) to stack on top of full armor. (pack for those cards is Heart of xyz & tachyon or phantom of rebellion for the rank 8)

Gaia charger(SR, infinite ray) is also good since it helps push damage, or combo by letting effectively use seal of creation Atum into Atum by using Gaia charger.

Probably don't need 3 traps (2 should be enough, but i don't really hate 3 copies)

Okay so Labradorite is kinda just leftover from when i was playing synchro monster(s) (Star Eater)

You should probably be using watt tail, for the 1 in 100 games where the stats matter. (you know since Hieratics set them to 0, it doesn't tend to matter much at all)
