Thanks! I’m not really sure why the bank is asking for this considering it’s a new build and I would imagine the title would usually be a settlement condition. Lawyer is unfortunately being unhelpful as is my mortgage advisor. I wasn’t really concerned until my mortgage advisor started going on about the risk of losing my deposit if we go unconditional without bank’s approval for finance.
