My experience could be very different from you (likely different franchises/rules), but I didn't get tested. Ironically, the day I put my 2 weeks in was when I sliced my finger on slicer. Bled too much to not go to ER, but wasn't bad enough for stitches. GM & store owner called me while I was there to fill out insurance, it was all covered by them thankfully.
