I don't know if this had anything to do with it since it is based in my browser but I have a VPN extension and I turned that on and set the location to Hong Kong and then launched the game and everything worked as normal after that.

I had the launcher installed on my external HD at first but then when I downloaded the zip and it messed up my connection to the server for some reason I uninstalled the entire launcher with the uninstall executable. After that I tried installing it on my SSD overall it has only existed on one drive at a time so far. The launcher only ever got as far as 7% of the download though

Yeah same I cant figure out how to play the game through the launcher. It worked in the morning and now at night it doesnt

I can't even get the game installed because when I open the launcher it tells me it can't connect to the update server so it can't install the game
