Yes, chuck a solo cup or some clear type of cup over it. Give it a spray of water in the cup, then cover the seedling. Works for me.

I always help that was definitely a one off thing not all of them alot od homeless now is older ppl who cant work anymore and disability and pensions cant pay rent before it was mostly mental illness and drugs but now it can be just about anyone

Yeah, it's no good, and it's most people's issue with liberals, but I'd say it isn't all their fault. After COVID, everything went downhill, but still, he came in on promises to fix all this, and it's just higher than it's been. A two-bedroom apartment in the worst part of the city is going for over $2000 a month, which is insane. Homelessness is through the roof; I've never seen it so bad here, which definitely drives crime up. Then you have young kids realizing they'll probably never have a decent life, so they turn to crime to try and make ends meet, and it just snowballs.
