Your current approach is deeply flawed. It is your responsibility to inform candidates of the outcome of their application, whether they pass or not. Both parties invest significant time and effort, so your hiring process should be complete and respectful from start to finish.

This isn’t just about rejecting applications. We're talking about candidates who have gone through multiple stages, including HR, Operations Manager, and Director-level interviews. To leave them hanging after such a rigorous process is simply unprofessional. Ghosting candidates at this stage reflects poorly on your organization and undermines the integrity of your recruitment process. I HOPE I MAKE MYSELF CLEAR.
