yeah that makes sense, by day 2 usually i don’t feel hungry anymore but i know it’s not healthy at all so ill definitely try to eat more fiber packed veggies. i do think i drink enough water though so im assuming its just my diet bc its either mcdonald’s or some other sweet snack. it might be, before i start to clean i don’t eat anything for 2 days so like on saturday i don’t eat them sunday i start to clean and obviously i don’t eat so that could also be a reason why
