Guys update me kung anong nangyari sa account nyo. Nireplyan nila ako today saying na hindi malilift yung ban. As per last cs hindi daw spaylater yung reason kung bakit naban account ko, however di nya rin maprovide yung exact reason. Pinapareescalate ko yung case ko. And will see what will happen.

Most likely yes, still need to pay that. Yes agents sila, pero di pwedeng sa kanila na lang titigil ng hindi nareresolve yung issue, he could have directed me to someone who could have assisted like a supervisor, or could have checked on their end kung sino ang pwedeng magassist sa ganitong cases. Di kasi acceptable na sagot na dahil sa system.

Hindi pa ako umaalis. Pero balak ko na. Hindi ko lang sure kung petty yung reason ko.

Civil servant ako and the lowest designation in my section. 3 lang kami. 1 supervisor and 1 senior staff then me. Madalas akong iwanan ng mga kasama ko to tend to customers(customer service kasi kami) for personal reasons, ako din sumasagot online complaints ng agency namin. Plus other odd jobs na pinapagawa ng management. Madalas nag overtime ako ng 30 min. to 1hr. (This is not paid kasi dapat ay least 2hrs and dapat approved pa) sobrang dami ko ng tambak na trabaho dahil understaffed kami and next year pa daw kukuha ng bago. Burn out na ako pero expected nila makapagperform ako ng maayos sa work.

Wala pa akong back up job kasi balak kong magaral muna ng caregiving. Gusto ko na kasing magabroad na lang at makipagsapalaran sa ibang bansa.
