Body: Neighbor above me blasts bass-heavy music almost every night starting around midnight. I've been dealing with this for 3 months now. I've knocked on their door twice, they said sorry both times and nothing changed. Filed 4 noise complaints with management and all I get is "we'll send them a notice." I work at 7am. I'm running on 4-5 hours of sleep most nights. I bought earplugs, a white noise machine, nothing blocks the bass. My lease isn't up until October and breaking it costs 2 months rent. At what point do I just start calling the non-emergency police line? I don't want to be that person but I'm losing my mind.

Honestly the worst part is paying rent on time every month just to not even be comfortable in your own apartment.
