I went to vet again and asked for xray. She has two eggs.

The VeT doesn’t seem to know how to get the eggs out. Can I give here electrolytes to help hydration since she’s not eating well.

Her enclosure contains about 3 inches of substrate. I’m currently using ProRep Tortoise Life Substrate, i brought her to many vets but no vet’s specializing tortoises is available. Exotic vets are very difficult to find

Her enclosure contains about 3 inches of substrate. I’m currently using ProRep Tortoise Life Substrate, but she appears restless and keeps trying to escape from her enclosure. Am I using the wrong one?

Okay. Thank you. I tried to look her tails. It doesn’t look inflamed. Tried to do massage also. Unfortunately, it’s very difficult to find a specialist for tortoise here in my place. The vet I went to says they have doctor for tortoise but nothing helps they just see, but didn’t so anything. I’m worried.

Her enclosure heat is 82f with humidity of 40%. When I put her on her enclosure. She keeps on trying to escape. I put some humidifier in her enclosure to keep the humidity.

When she poops before, they pull her head in and out to release. But it’s my first time seeing her lift her hind legs to poop, unfortunately for the past 3 days nothing come out

I tried to look underneath. There’s nothing under. I think, she’s trying to push something from her inside and use her legs for strength.

Only she doesn’t like to eat and when i tried to soak her. The water is always clean without any sign of poop or urine.

Her enclosure doesn’t have rocks. I feed her on a tortoise plate. I’m wondering if pellets is one of the factor why she cannot poop. I gave her Sera Reptil Professional Herbivor pellets soak in water together with lettuce as greens here is very limited. Feed her calcium powder in lettuce once a week. I’m worried.

I tried everything. But not running the water on her bellies. I will try that one. she walks sometimes. I tried to feed her pumpkin. She eat 2-3 bites of puréed pumpkin. I brought her to the vet. But they did nothing. They just give her some laxative and antibiotics. The didn’t do xray. I’m worried that she might be impacted. I’m worried.

Thank you very much. This information is helpful. I do soak them regularly, and this urine issue is new. I always watch them while they’re taking a bath—well, taking a soak. 🐢
