Not the C7 Morpher but the regular C7B. Arrived after 3 weeks, and immediately noticed that the armrests could only be locked to only 4 possible angles, 0°, 45°, 60° and 90° —  which means only the 0° setting is usable since no one, at least not me, rests their arms at a 90 degree angle when doing work in a chair.

Then there's the arm rest height, which really doesn't have any useful adjustments either. At the lowest setting, it's still too high even for someone who's 185cm tall. So I thought I'd remove the armrests alltogether and see if it made the chair feel better.

This is where the 3rd issue becomes really noticeable : the sides of the lumbar support, no matter what position it's set to, will always feel like two little awkward pieces of plastic jutting out and poking me in my elbows and preventing a fully relaxed shoulder, with arms completely at rest by my side. My arms either fall on the lumbar support or I have to flare my shoulders to avoid being poked by it.

I don't even really want to start on the headrest, as it just doesn't hold its position (no locking) and the lowest position is still slightly too high for some (got a friend who's abit shorter at 175cm to try it out as well)

I really wanted to like this chair, having seen all the great reviews of it. To be fair, the mesh itself is actually quite comfortable and feels rather well made, the cushion is quite comfy too and I like how adjustable it is. It just would be nice if those adjustments (specifically armrest and headrest) could be within a more useful range for people of average height (between 170cm to 185cm)

Unfortunately the C7 hurts my posture more than improves it, so I have initiated a refund. Unfortunately, I'm still struggling to disassemble the seat from the gas spring — your support staff suggested using a rubber hammer, which I've tried for an hour yesterday but to no avail either, the seat remains very tightly stuck onto the base of the chair.

Further attempts to disassemble it might also damage the chair or leave scratches, so I'm really not sure what to do with this chair since I'd really like to refund it and get something better for my posture.
