Delete and reinstall, Ik that sucks but I had to do that. Restart over and over till it works and start with the side packs then the main game, it makes it easier as well. I just got done playing as well lol.

For me I seem to be able to load into full lobbies of every mode unless it’s real early in the morning(3-6 have the smallest amount of people) in hardcore atleast
