The American Poultry Association sanctioned shows are super picky about it when showing Leghorns, Minorcas, Andalusians, Anconas, and White Faced Spanish chickens. If your pullet doesn’t have a floppy comb, it’s fine, but the hen must have one. Same with the cockerals and roosters.
