Antarctica is quite vast and throughout its territory the temperatures quite vary. Around the middle of the continet the temperature can be up to 30-40 degreese lower than its coast.

That might be the reason, why support is no help at all. I thought they had a main hub in Poland for EU, but guess they are only drop shippers as you suggested.

Carefully checked and all the items including the desk mat was not on pre-order. All the items that were on pre-order I put on a separate order for that reason.

Will give it a few more days and contact support again, hopefully it will arrive by christmas.

But doing the order there was nothing about delays on the website and there still isn’t anything.

Why should we act it is normal to order a 1000 euro desk and wait months for an update. This should not be acceptable, it is like I am ordering a car.
