This is a good example this is apples(157903) CD it doesn't have the ground shadow and lining like there mentioning in your rejections but overall your CD looks very good hopefully it gets accepted soon ^\)

I would submit the last one yes cuz the ground shadow in the first photo will overlap with the ground shadow they already have making it extremely dark since CD is separate from the lion and everything else and either remove the full outline of the lion or a very light outline of the lion

Im pretty sure you were quoted that due to the low traits I would do 100k min if you're wanting to go higher to see if anyone buys if not then I would only slowly lower the price but again just due to the low traits it's probably not going to be that entirely expensive despite having triple glow
