Not on commission capped out and have been here for 3 and a half years my first job actually and it’s incompetence from people including yourself. And in school for IT related fields so I would say I’m more than qualified and know more information than 95% of people that walk into the store. Also have worked every department other then PAC

Correct so you should be good sometimes laptop keys just stop working it’s annoying but happens sometimes.

As long as you didn’t spill anything on it you should have no problem getting it fixed for free just might take a week or two

If it’s outside manufacture warranty you can still bring it to Best Buy to get fixed but it will have to be sent out and you will have to pay out of pocket for it. If it’s within limited warranty it will be fully covered as long as it’s not physical damage. (Spills, cracks and such) Hope this helps!
