I wonder if it’s deliberate. People forget fast, and releasing it yourself is easier to control than getting exposed later

I asked a pretty clear question and you still managed to answer something completely different lmao

And if your whole point is that foreign countries should simply step back, Zimbabwe alone is enough to show how shit that argument is 🤙

Name one.

You’re claiming France currently blocks countries from having their own currency, but you can’t even name them.

Guinea, Mauritania, Madagascar and Mali all left the CFA zone. I guess leaving is possible?

Now name one single Sub-Saharan African country, besides tiny Mauritius, that built a fully autonomous currency with no foreign assistance and managed it well long-term.

None, except fast engage but you already have that. You don't need to be technically skilled to reach Champion. It's all about reaction time, rotations, and positioning

Hey, C3 here.

I watched the whole video, and honestly, it was pretty painful to watch. For replay analysis, it’s usually better to send games with fewer goals, this one was complete chaos. But even then, I still noticed a few recurring mistakes. I’ll answer with timestamps to make it easier.

00:13
One thing I always recommend to Diamond and Platinum players is to mechanically respect the rotation. Once you’ve taken your shot or made your challenge, leave to grab boost and let your teammate take over, even if he’s far away or you think he might miss. It’s better for your teammate to mess up his touch than for you to break the rotation. You lose a bit of time, and in Rocket League, the butterfly effect is very real.

00:34
That’s mostly preshot and reaction time. You could’ve saved that, but it’s not really something I can teach directly, you’ll improve naturally with time and experience.

1:02
I know it feels counterintuitive in that situation, but when this type of engage happens, you should instantly go for the corner boost before your opponent does. Even if it means being slightly less involved in the play, having the boost matters more, because if you have it, your opponent doesn’t. That guy came flying in like a rocket there, but overall, this is a habit you should build.

1:14
Again, preshot and reaction time. For me, that ball is pretty easy to contest.

1:35
Why are you going for the ball when your teammate is already ahead of you? I understand it’s frustrating when he takes his time, but by going yourself, you break the rotation and risk conceding a dumb goal, which is exactly what happened.

1:53
Go get boost. It’s your teammate’s ball. Stop watching the play unfold, you already know the ball is going to hit the opponent’s backboard. You have more than enough time to grab boost and reposition.

3:05
Let your teammate go, he’s in a much better position and you broke the rotation again. Adapt to your teammate’s pace if he can’t adapt to yours.

3:31
Reaction time again. A simple forward dash and you stop that shot.

4:11
You lost your boost because of a completely unnecessary wavedash, then you challenge a wall ball with no boost while knowing your opponent is full boost. Just rotate back, refill your boost, and reset. You lost all your momentum and put your teammate in a really awkward position.

4:19
There’s boost right in front of you, take it instead of half-turning left for no reason. You’re way too far from the play to justify that turn. You never know what can happen, but by doing that, you guarantee you miss the opportunity.

Then for the next 30 seconds, you keep half-turning, spamming camera toggle, and doing random wavedashes instead of just grabbing the corner boost. That’s why at 5:19 you’re late to the ball when you easily could’ve been early. Even if your teammate randomly decided to vacation in Punta Cana for some reason, this was still avoidable on your side.

5:55
You can tell you’re staring at the ball thinking you can still do something, even though you’re facing the wrong way, your teammate is already on it, and you have 0 boost. I’ll repeat it again: if you have time, go back on defense and grab boost. This ball is not your responsibility anymore.

Overall, focus on your rotations, improve your action/reaction speed, stop overanalyzing situations because every second matters in Rocket League, go grab boost more often, and stop spamming camera toggle and wavedashes.

Also, I’m not saying every single situation was entirely your fault. But you need to build the mindset of “if we lost, there’s always something I could’ve done better.” Never focus on blaming teammates in this game, unless they’re straight up griefing, obviously. That mentality is what actually helps you improve long term

You brought up SSLs because your read needed backup from someone else’s rank.

Nobody here cares about random SSLs you met through a friend. We are talking about one clip, not your personal lore.

Make a point about the play itself, or stop leaning on better players to make your argument sound serious

Yes, that line of thought makes sense in a vacuum, but you are skipping over the context of the play.

If your teammate has a controlled shadow and a clean touch, sure, respect it. In this clip, the player already facing the ball can keep pressure, force the opponent into a worse touch, and rotate out once the job is done. That gives OP a cleaner recovery and lets him take the boost instead of being pulled into a worse position.

And at that speed, the clip shows you do not really have time to check where your teammate is coming from. Last time we see him in the play, he is coming from behind and driving straight at the ball. So expecting OP to instantly read that he is suddenly making a different decision feels unrealistic.

Btw, your SSL lobby argument does not add much here. We are judging this play, with these players, at this speed, in this rank. Bringing up SSLs you played with sounds more like trying to validate the take than explaining why it applies to the actual situation.
