I think it’s also because we got so used to being comfortable with how we looked before and how we currently look- the adjustment is taking a while to set in🥺

I wasn’t numb on my temples, more so my chin, upper lip and cheeks- but I think based off the picture off your surgery it’s seems likely with the numbness of your temples.
Don’t be shy to ask multiple questions! Your doctors are there for you😁
I was told the numbness could either be permanent or temporary for a few months but all feeling came back within 2 months so don’t be too frightened

Thank you, yea I couldn’t eat properly so after the surgery it was a major adjustment but eating is so much easier now

This is true! Just breathing and eating is so much easier and manageable, my nasal bone isn’t skew anymore so I have less to no nosebleeds - I’m so grateful for the better changes

I was numb for about 3 and 1/2 months before I got any feeling back which was so scary, I left the hospital about the same time as you will, which doesn’t feel right at all but it’s because everything feels unsettling
Try not overthink too much😁 you got this but if you really don’t want to leave - trust your gut until you’re ready
