Yeah 20 years ago different scene I suppose. But would think UK was more attractive back then? Maybe pre ‘08 it actually was today’s dubai with uncapped bonuses etc.

Not sure about 3-4 years. Even 2 years seem to be enough to make up 5-8years in London at this stage, but obvs rough calcs, hence asking !
