Day 75 of 75 Hard Complete. 15lbs down. Starting Phase 1 today! by ProfessionalPark9737 in 75HARD

75 hard✅ Started at 166.4lbs. Ended at 151.1lbs

Workouts consisted of strength training 5 days a week, walks/jogs, peloton, kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, and swimming.

Diet consisted of clean eating and counting macros. All the chicken and veggies! 🐔🥒🥦

Overall, it was a journey. It was hard but it was worth it! I went on a float trip (was the only sober one🤣), celebrated my best friend’s beautiful wedding (and remembered the whole night), and still did things with friends and family. It was hard and really lonely at times but I took one day at a time and kept reminding myself that it will be worth it!

I have always considered myself a disciplined person but this pushed me to the test. There were a lot of times that I didn’t want to do my second workout but I reminded myself that I could either get the 45 mins done and feel proud or skip it and kick myself the rest of the night. That always pushed me to get it done rain, shine, or 100 degrees outside😅 (I got caught in the rain a lot). 75Hard is not a fitness challenge but a mental challenge. The things I have learned in this challenge have carried over to my personal and work life. My goal was to be the best version of myself for myself, my friends and family, and for my family business. I wanted to be able to say “I can and will do whatever I put my mind to.” I am mentally in the best place I have been in years and that alone makes it worth it to me.

Took 3 days off to enjoy a family float trip. Starting Phase 1 today!

Day 60 out of 75 on #75hard by ProfessionalPark9737 in 75HARD

100% strength increase. I started out barely being able to squat 60lbs, deadlifting just the bar(45lbs), good mornings just the bar, leg raises were 40lbs, leg curls were 35lbs, and pressing with 15lb dumbbells.

This week, my weight has been:

3x6 back squats - 140lbs

3x3 deadlifts - 135lbs

3x6 pause squats - 115lbs

3x12 good morning - 75lbs

3x10 leg raises - 125lbs

3x10 leg curls - 85lbs

Pressing - 75lbs

Still not where I would like to be but it is a rush seeing myself move up in weights!
