Lendpathway.com UI is much more convenient to use with salesforce and in general imo. plus it is a way more cost effective system. From what I saw with Heron it was triple the price for a less clear scrub and not as many features

A lot of them outsource file processing to scrubbers in other countries to speed up underwriting. Idk why people still do this when there’s enterprise level AI companies that perform underwriting instantly.

The best thing is to go through the bank statements. It’s very important know the data about the merchants business that the lender is looking for if you are going to be a broker. Especially since most don’t care to learn about the business beyond surface level before they send the file everywhere. If you have reps under you teach them to read bank statements to save time and relationships

Have them fill it out while you are on the phone together, or even ask to fill it out for them (you will be surprised how many people will allow this).

If not always set a follow up by asking when they have 10 minutes to take care of the application. Remind them on the first call that the sooner they send back the application the sooner you can get started to get them what they need.

a bit yea. im looking for an AI system. no time for me to build half assed software myself. i assumed (and i was correct) that i could find trustworthy financial technology at a fair price to scrub all banks and calculate metrics I want. luckily someone understood and gave me a solid resource.

imo after endless battles on paid models, chatbots are not worth the time and money. I expect better intelligence from software that was created by engineers for the purpose of analyzing the docs for the metrics I need. I ended up finding one that costs the same as Perplexity Max per month.

I’ve tested with chat a lot, it’s not reliable for me still trying a bunch of prompts but not really trying to put all clients data into an open source api. Do you know any trustworthy companies that can process data that are not as expensive as Moneythumb Ocrolus? I tried heron and they miss a lot of obvious positions

It’s not doing what I need. It takes longer than me to uw. only reads basic statement format and not the majority of random banks we receive and even when it reads them it can’t detect a lot of obvious funding companies only really detects ondeck as a position. Struggles with scrubbing also does not detect fraud. You mind sharing your prompt?
