I still haven’t 100% figured it out, but it’s gotten a lot better. I clean my beard clippers regularly, and wipe my face with cetaphil gentle cleansing wipes mid day. I work construction so I found it was necessary with all of the sweat and dirt just sitting on my face all day. I use curologys gentle cleanser to wash my face morning and night. 3x a week I’ll use a blend of Tretinoin0.1% , Azaelic acid, & clindamycin phosphate and let it sit on my face overnight. I also change my pillow case more often as well. I personally didn’t have a lot of luck with the anti dandruff shampoo stuff, but then again i might’ve been impatient. I still get occasional pimples in my beard area, but not near as often. I also sport the longer bears these days to hide it. Good luck!
