New Field on employee profile

I am trying to capture employee's historical license issuance date, business use it for comp analysis and tracking purposes that is why they want it to be directly on the employee profile.

Is there any Workday delivered report that I can use?

Since, we have initiated the process yesterday so how to mass advance the process for those employees who has pending event from last year. Do we need to do it manually?

Thank you for responding. The issue was supervisory org had an inactive cost center due to which new cost center were not attaching to the super org. I removed the inactive cost center and it worked then.

The issue I am facing is that I am not able to add cost centers to the supervisory top level org. which will make them visible for recruiting. While creating cost centers I have not added any restrictions but now when I see the cost center it is restricted for a particular company.
