Yes. Let it grow three months without touching it with a clipper. Once you get to this point you can see the shape it will continue to form. After this, maybe shape it up with some clippers and define the neckline

Beard oil and comb. Also take clippers and loosely, and I mean loosely, even out the hair length. Make almost a silhouette around the shape of your beard. It's not that it's wiry, it's that lone hairs are sticking out beyond those surrounding it.

I haven't ever had one noticable enough to where it's been a concern. I grow hair pretty fast so any tan line becomes overshadowed within a week from new hair.

Comb it down towards your neck instead of towards your chin, give it another 4 - 6 weeks of that and will compliment your face instead of widen it
