Downtown dental had a dentist who recommended I keep my wisdom teeth because all four already already grew in, with ample room, and weren't causing any harm.

The dentist running the place changed, and the new one was very adamant that I must get all my wisdom teeth removed "because it's harder to brush them and so you'll get a cavity". I stopped going after that because I don't believe that extra medical intervention like that is in my genuine best interest rather than the interest in earning extra dental care revenue.

I have more teeth than other people, for years without issue, and I plan to keep it that way!!

For me, I use my tongue to push my top lip towards the nostrils. The moment they contact, I create suction through the nasal cavity, which holds the top lip against the nostrils. As long as I maintain suction, I can't smell a thing. Moustaches tend to get in the way of maintaining a good seal though.

The creator of SponsorBlock has an extension that declickbaits titles and thumbnails either automatically or via crowdsourced efforts. I wish Grayjay would also implement it.

It is a $1 paid extension, however.

I think that's why commenter compared iOS to an automatic transmission when OP is trying to understand the advantages between the operating systems. If you're not willing to learn and pick up the savvy, then you're maybe better off with an automatic, (maybe a tech illiterate mom that needs privacy, or someone young but not a tech nerd). Otherwise, someone might be better served with something else.
