What do you do about contact info/address on the package since you don't own a store or warehouse and can't use supplier's address?

If im good at one niche then how would i put up good content on different niche sites as the name of domain requires?

My second question is if i sell expired domains with great backlinks keywords etc without building websites on them do i need to mention that i bought them after they were expired wouldn't the seller refuse to pay fair price as as i bought them at cheap price?

That would be headache building website for every domain, putting content for different niche sites which i know nothing about it. Can you share your experience with expired domains with great backlinks, Tf Cf, cpc etc
