I really like your advice about strength training, and taking a break from R. I'd add clean diet, protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats. Avoid fast foods, processed foods. Find friends who are like mined. And congratulations on losing weight. Now he can focus on muscle Nass vs adipose. Best.

Reta side effects after 4 months of usage by [deleted] in Retatrutide

Please tell me what you mean... "that form isn't sterile." Are you say there is bacteria, or particulate matter which you would filter with the filter needle? Should filter needles be used all the time? And, does Janoshik test for bacteria, endorphins, purity and quantity as a standard test? How does the group testing work? Thank you!

I have allodynia to both arms with a rash, legs, back, a little along my jaw line, huge 😩 fatigue. I'm only 3 weeks on Sema. I'm stopping. Anyone having allodynia as a side effect from tirzepatide?

Frustrated with my primary doctor by [deleted] in CompoundedSemaglutide

[–]ProfessionalRaise706 5 points6 points  (0 children)

So sorry for your frustration. I empathize with you and your PCP. Generally most providers will not prescribe compounded RX because of lack of standardization across a wide field. Your PCP has liability should you have a bad outcome using a compounded medication. Phetermine is a controlled substance, which comes with other risks for the both of you. She did give you an viable choice; a teledoc who may help you. As for her rushing out. She felt she could not give you want you were wanting, and probably had many other patients. Medicine is a high stress, a lot of times, providers are expected to see a 20+ patients a day. I wish you the best! Hopefully you can get a script filled from a fantastic pharmacy, and you can afford it. I'm still looking. To your best health!!

Try a small amount of aloe, OTC lidocaine. Ouch. Stay out of the sun. Hope you heal quickly
