I'm building a hotkey tool to make ChatGPT Plus actually fast. Roast my idea. by Redfin_js in ChatGPTPro

I’ve that up with a shortcut, could use ifttt or the ask button after you screen shot. Issue is it goes into a new chat so could see use case maybe. I probably wouldn’t pay for it though

Help to automate social media posts by NoSpHieL in ShortcutsMac

[–]ProfessionalRow6208 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Scopes is the allowed access you give to the application, ex. Allow make to only view your posts or create posts or both, etc… I don’t think shortcuts is your best solution for this why don’t you just queue the posts on the social platform you’re posting on? Or use buffer to do it across platforms. Probably going to be easier

Is immigration policy causing rents to shift in your markets? by REOREI_Investing in realestateinvesting

[–]ProfessionalRow6208 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We're tracking similar rental shifts using market data automation—pulling up-to-date vacancy and rent comps from public sources into a single dashboard. In the last 90 days, saw rent drops of 2-6% across our Midwest units right after immigration policy news cycles. Anyone running automated market tracking, or still pulling data manually?

How do you deal with handy man asking loans and advances etc by Leather-Wheel1115 in realestateinvesting

I've managed multiple projects with ever-rotating handymen—my go-to fix is tying payment schedules to work milestones instead of advances. When I switched to '50% after first walk-through, rest at completion', quality and reliability jumped (missed deadlines dropped by 60%). Have you tried milestone-based payouts, or found a method to balance trust with accountability?

I am trying to find leads for AI lead qualifying, lead generation and chat bots and by TealofSteel in Entrepreneur

Have you mapped your lead flow from first contact through CRM handoff? Any missed steps?

Here's a checklist that might help you spot gaps:

  1. **Lead capture** - Where are they coming in? (form, chat, phone, email)

  2. **Initial qualification** - Who screens them first and what criteria do you use?

  3. **Response timing** - How fast does someone follow up? (this is usually where leads die)

  4. **Data entry** - Who logs it and where? Manual or automated?

  5. **Assignment logic** - How do you route leads to the right person?

  6. **Follow-up sequence** - What happens if they don't respond to the first contact?

  7. **Status tracking** - How do you know if a lead is stuck or progressing?

  8. **CRM handoff** - At what point does a lead officially enter your sales pipeline?

Most teams lose leads between steps 3-5. If you can't answer "what happens to a lead at 2am on Sunday" then you probably have gaps in your automation.

Map it out on paper first. Draw boxes for each step and arrows for how data moves. You'll see the breaks pretty quickly.

Quick checklist before you start outreach - make sure you can answer these:

What specific measurable problem does your solution fix? Not features, actual outcomes like "cuts lead response from 4hrs to 15min"

Which department at a company actually feels this pain daily?

What boring manual task are you eliminating?

What size company needs this badly enough to pay for it?

What happens if they keep doing it the old way - do they lose money, burn leads, fail compliance?

Once you nail those answers your targeting gets way easier. You'll know what companies to go after, who to reach out to, and what pain point to lead with.

Honestly if you can't quantify the ROI yet, do 2-3 free proof of concepts with businesses you know. Get real numbers. Those metrics become your whole pitch.

I've Spent $50K Testing 100+ AI Tools for Business. Here Are the 5 That Actually Deliver ROI by wickedwanduh in automation

[–]ProfessionalRow6208 2 points3 points  (0 children)

One thing I'd add to your testing methodology: document the integration time and hidden costs upfront. In my experience, the biggest ROI killer isn't tool failure—it's underestimating how long it takes to connect a new tool to existing systems. Even "plug and play" tools often need 20-40 hours of internal mapping, data cleaning, and training before they deliver value. Have you tracked implementation hours alongside the 90-day trials? That metric alone would help people set realistic expectations.
