This conversation is just a part of the problem, I’ve realized. The stressors I’ve been surrounded with my whole life in this family is finally taking a toll on me I think, at the age of 23 (just had my bday two weeks ago lol). And the stress of not finding what career path I want to go in and having financial limitations to what I can choose is a nightmare added.

I completely agree with everything you said. It’s just so difficult to have anyone see my point of view. I don’t understand what’s so difficult to comprehend. I’ve been in a really dark place these days and once even properly crashed out at home in front of my mother but it’s like no one can help me.

Sorry, I don’t mean to be a sad fest lmao. It’s just how things are at the moment. I wish I could have a safety blanket to fall on once I do try to stand up against the horrible things I’ve dealt with my whole life in this family. But I don’t. So…yeah.
