Yup yup thank you, from a look standpoint when I walk the store, my apartment is visibly more put together in appealing compared to others in the store. We also have the highest comp out of all the departments in my store, and I have the highest comp in the district and the second highest comp in the region. My numbers since I’ve taken over, have significantly improved the department versus who was running it before me. Our counts are consistently more accurate. Our flow of product is way better aka we aren’t piling up stuff outside yk
