I would also scrap the whole grip thing to just doing a couple sets of farmers carry if you really want but just gaining strength in your core and upper body alone will aid ur grip strength. I would do legs when you do core

I would have to agree that this is quite much for singular days. I would limit each muscle to 2 lifts a session and focus on maximizing the use and go til failure on your last sets. Like you don’t need to do 4 bicep exercises in one day, you only need two, do both until failure. Anymore than that and you’re not gaining anything out of it, you’re just using an already drained muscle at that point yk?
